Our Projects

Our commitment to quality is driven by our experience and knowledge of historical events regarding severe losses of life and property resulting from poor workmanship, faulty products, and incorrect application of fire equipment and systems. Take a look at some of our projects below.

Fire Sprinkler Tenant Improvement

This was another unique project of ours, this building and system were more than 50 years old, we had limited space and several other trades to work around to meet our clients expectations of a functional system that also met their aesthetic expectations. This also include raising the fire sprinkler riser about 4' to accommodate a new ADA access ramp.

Fire Sprinkler System Installation

This apartment complex requested our services to retrofit three of their existing buildings with fire sprinkler systems, this presented unique challenges, all of which we were able to overcome and successfully complete the installation. This was the first fire sprinkler system installation in the Town of Guadalupe, we did extensive training with the fire department personnel so they were confident with how the systems worked if ever needed.

Clean Agent System Installation at ASU Art Museum

ASU was looking for a solution to upgrade their aging Halon 1301 fire suppression system. Our solution was a Kidde Fire Systems Novec 1230 ADS system, we completed the project on budget and on schedule in time for an upcoming art exhibit. We were able to remove the old system and install the new system while working around stored art and maintaining an extremely clean environment.

Circle K CO2 Gas Detectors and Alarm Units

These detector and alarm units are constantly sampling the air to warn if there is a CO2 leak that is reaching dangerous levels and are a critical life safety feature, Aidant has partnered with Circle K convenience stores as well as many other stores, restaurants, factories, and manufacturing facilities to install gas detection systems like this and larger for detecting a wide variety of gasses that may pose a threat to employees.
